3. No Financial, Investment, Legal or Tax Advice
Space-T is a technology and analytics platform. It does not provide personalized investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, legal advice or tax advice.
Any charts, simulations, reports, backtests, statistical outputs, Monte Carlo analyses, risk metrics, strategy outputs, signals, indicators, dashboards, visualizations or other analytical materials are provided for informational, analytical, educational and technical purposes only.
Space-T outputs must not be interpreted as a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, trade, invest, use leverage, open an account with a broker, use a specific strategy or make any financial decision.
Trading and investing involve risk, including the possible loss of capital. Past performance, backtest results, simulations, hypothetical results, model outputs and statistical analyses do not guarantee future results.
Users remain solely responsible for their own decisions, risk management, broker choice, tax obligations, legal compliance and use of any information or output generated by Space-T.
4. Eligibility and Account Registration
To access certain features, users may need to create an account.
Users must provide accurate, current and complete information when creating or managing an account.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities that occur through their account.
Users must notify Space-T promptly if they suspect unauthorized access, account compromise or misuse.
Space-T is not intended for children or minors below the age required to lawfully use the service in their jurisdiction.
5. Account Modification and Deletion
Users may be able to modify or delete their account through the account area where such functionality is available.
Account deletion may not immediately remove all records where retention is necessary for legal, accounting, tax, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, license verification or legitimate business purposes.
Deleting an account may result in loss of access to subscriptions, products, licenses, downloads, dashboards, saved analyses and other account-related data.
6. Subscriptions and Paid Plans
Space-T may offer paid subscriptions, including Space-T Plus or other plans.
Subscription features, prices, billing cycles, renewal conditions, limitations and included services may be described on the relevant pricing, checkout or account pages.
Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled according to the applicable checkout, billing portal or account management process.
Access to paid features may depend on successful payment, active subscription status, payment provider confirmation, account status and compliance with these Terms.
If a payment fails, is reversed, disputed, refunded, cancelled or not renewed, Space-T may suspend, downgrade, restrict or terminate access to paid features, subscriptions, licenses or digital products, unless otherwise required by law.
7. Payments
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers, primarily Stripe and Stripe-supported payment methods.
Depending on availability, users may be able to pay through payment cards, PayPal, Revolut Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay or other payment methods supported by the payment provider.
Space-T does not store full payment card numbers, CVV codes or payment wallet credentials on its own servers.
By making a payment, the user authorizes the relevant payment provider to process the payment according to the provider's own terms, payment rules and privacy documentation.
Prices, taxes, fees and currency availability may vary depending on the user's location, payment method, applicable tax rules and payment provider configuration.
8. Cancellations, Renewals and Refunds
Users may be able to cancel subscriptions through the account area, Stripe customer portal or another billing management flow made available by Space-T.
Cancellation generally prevents future renewal but does not automatically guarantee a refund for a billing period that has already started, unless required by applicable law or expressly stated by Space-T.
Refund eligibility, if any, may depend on the type of service, digital product, subscription status, access already granted, download status, legal requirements and the specific circumstances of the request.
Digital products, downloadable files, software files, manuals, licenses and immediately accessible digital content may be subject to specific rules on withdrawal, refund or cancellation under applicable consumer law.
Important: the final refund and withdrawal policy must be reviewed and finalized before public launch according to applicable consumer protection law.
9. Digital Products, Licenses and Downloads
Space-T may provide digital products, including but not limited to Expert Advisors, software files, configuration files, set files, manuals, reports, strategy-related files, downloadable materials and license-based products.
Access to a digital product may depend on a valid account, payment confirmation, license assignment, license status, product availability, subscription status or other access rules.
Licenses may be time-limited, renewable, non-renewable, product-specific, account-specific or subject to other conditions displayed at the time of purchase, assignment or delivery.
A user may have a product license without having an active subscription, and may have an active subscription without having a specific product license.
Space-T may suspend, expire or revoke access to products or downloads if a license expires, payment fails, payment is reversed, the account is suspended, the product is withdrawn, misuse is detected or legal/security reasons require it.
Unless expressly authorized in writing, digital products are provided for the user's own use and must not be resold, redistributed, shared, copied, sublicensed, leaked, reverse engineered, republished or made available to third parties.
10. User Uploads, Trading Data and Analysis Files
