Cookie Policy
Last updated: [to be added]
This Cookie Policy explains how Space-T uses cookies, local storage and similar technologies on https://www.space-trading.com/.
This document should be read together with the Space-T Privacy Policy. It explains what categories of cookies and similar technologies may be used, why they are used, and how users can manage their preferences.
1. Who We Are
Space-T is operated by an individual controller under the commercial name “Space-T”.
Website: https://www.space-trading.com/
Contact email: SpaceTrading@proton.me
Contact address: Via Lenin 5, Scala H, Piano 3, Rende (CS), Italy
VAT number: to be added when available.
2. What Cookies and Similar Technologies Are
Cookies are small text files placed on a user’s device when visiting a website. They can be used to make a website work, remember settings, protect accounts, measure traffic or support additional features.
Similar technologies may include browser local storage, session storage, device identifiers, pixels, tags or scripts that store or access information on the user’s device.
In this Cookie Policy, the term “cookies” may also refer to similar technologies where appropriate.
3. Space-T Cookie Categories
Space-T uses the following categories:
- Necessary & Workspace Settings
- Analytics
- Marketing & External Media
Necessary & Workspace Settings are required or technically useful to provide the requested service and workspace. Analytics and Marketing & External Media are optional and are used only where enabled and where the user has given consent when required.
4. Necessary & Workspace Settings
These technologies are required to operate Space-T, protect accounts, manage sessions, provide security and preserve technical workspace settings requested by the user.
This category may include:
- login and session cookies;
- authentication and account security technologies;
- anti-abuse and anti-bot technologies, including Cloudflare Turnstile;
- security and fraud prevention signals;
- technical cookies required for platform operation;
- local storage used by the Space-T Terminal to remember workspace settings;
- chart layout preferences;
- active indicator settings;
- panel open/closed state;
- interface choices and other local workspace preferences requested by the user.
These technologies are not used for advertising profiling and are not intended to track users across third-party websites for marketing purposes.
The Space-T Terminal may use browser local storage to preserve the operational state of the workspace. This includes chart settings, indicator choices, panel state and interface preferences. These settings are considered part of the requested workspace experience because a professional trading and analytics terminal must be able to remember the user’s own interface configuration.
Necessary & Workspace Settings are always active and cannot be disabled through the Space-T cookie preferences panel, because disabling them could prevent the website, account area or workspace from functioning correctly.
5. Analytics
Analytics technologies help Space-T understand how visitors use the website, measure traffic, evaluate pages and improve the platform.
Space-T may use Google Analytics or similar analytics tools for this purpose.
Analytics technologies may process information such as:
- pages visited;
- events and interactions with the website;
- approximate technical information about the visit;
- browser and device information;
- traffic source and performance metrics;
- aggregated or statistical usage information.
Analytics are not required for the core operation of the website. They are disabled by default where consent is required and are activated only if the user accepts analytics cookies or chooses “Accept all” in the cookie banner or preferences panel.
Users can withdraw analytics consent at any time through the cookie preferences controls when available.
6. Marketing & External Media
Marketing & External Media technologies may be used in the future for advertising, remarketing, campaign measurement, marketing pixels or embedded third-party media.
This category may include, where enabled:
- advertising pixels;
- remarketing tags;
- conversion tracking tools;
- embedded video players;
- embedded social media content;
- third-party media widgets;
- campaign measurement tools.
At the time of this Cookie Policy V1, Space-T does not intentionally use advertising pixels by default.
If Marketing & External Media technologies are enabled in the future, they will be disabled by default where consent is required and will be activated only after the user has given consent.
7. Technologies Currently Identified
Based on the current technical configuration of Space-T, the following technologies may be present:
| Technology | Provider / Source | Purpose | Category |
|---|---|---|---|
| Flask session / authentication cookies | Space-T | Login, session management and account access | Necessary & Workspace Settings |
| Cloudflare Turnstile | Cloudflare | Anti-bot, anti-abuse and form protection | Necessary & Workspace Settings |
| Terminal local storage | Space-T | Workspace layout, chart settings, indicators and interface preferences | Necessary & Workspace Settings |
| Google Analytics / gtag | Traffic measurement and usage analytics | Analytics | |
| Chart.js | jsDelivr / CDN | Technical chart rendering library | Technical library |
| TradingView Lightweight Charts | unpkg / library CDN | Technical chart rendering library used in the Terminal | Technical library |
| Plotly | Plotly CDN | Technical chart rendering library used in analysis pages | Technical library |
| D3 / 3d-force-graph | D3 / unpkg / CDN | Technical visualization libraries used in market map features | Technical library |
Technical libraries are used to render charts, visualizations or interface components. They are not intended by Space-T to perform advertising profiling. Some libraries may be delivered through external CDNs, which may receive technical request information such as IP address, browser details and request metadata when the library is loaded.
8. Social Sharing Links
Some Space-T pages may include social sharing buttons or links, such as links to share content on platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, X, Reddit, Telegram, WhatsApp or email.
These are generally simple outbound links or user-initiated actions. Space-T does not load social media tracking pixels by default through these buttons.
When a user clicks a social sharing link, the user may be redirected to the relevant third-party platform, which may process data according to its own privacy and cookie rules.
9. Payment Providers
Payments are handled through third-party payment providers such as Stripe and Stripe-supported payment methods.
Space-T does not use payment cookies for advertising profiling on its own website. However, when users are redirected to Stripe Checkout, Stripe or the selected payment method may use cookies or similar technologies according to their own policies.
Users should review Stripe’s and the relevant payment provider’s policies for information about cookies and tracking technologies used during the payment process.
10. Managing Cookie Preferences
When the Space-T cookie banner is available, users may be able to:
- accept all optional cookies;
- reject non-essential cookies;
- manage preferences by category;
- change or withdraw consent where applicable.
Necessary & Workspace Settings remain active because they are required for the website, account area, security features and requested workspace functionality.
Analytics and Marketing & External Media remain disabled unless the user consents to them where consent is required.
11. Browser Controls
Users can also manage cookies through their browser settings. Most browsers allow users to delete cookies, block cookies or receive warnings before cookies are stored.
Disabling cookies or local storage through browser settings may affect the functionality of Space-T, including login, account access, dashboard features, chart workspace settings and analysis tools.
12. Changes to This Cookie Policy
Space-T may update this Cookie Policy to reflect legal, technical, operational or business changes.
When changes are material, Space-T may provide notice through the website, cookie banner, account area, email or other appropriate means.
The updated version will indicate the latest revision date.
