2. Personal Data We Collect

- subscription or product access status, where applicable.

2.2 Payment and Subscription Data
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers, primarily Stripe and Stripe-supported payment methods.
Depending on availability, users may be able to pay through:
- payment cards;
- PayPal;
- Revolut Pay;
- Apple Pay;
- Google Pay;
- other payment methods supported by Stripe.
Space-T does not store full card numbers, CVV codes, PayPal credentials, Revolut credentials, Apple Pay credentials or Google Pay credentials on its own servers.
Space-T may store or receive payment-related information necessary to manage subscriptions, access rights, product licenses, renewals, expiration dates, payment status, customer identifiers, subscription identifiers, invoices, billing events, coupon or promotional code usage and related account records.
2.3 Digital Product and License Data
Space-T may provide digital products, including but not limited to Expert Advisors, software files, configuration files, manuals, reports, downloadable files and license-based products.
To manage these products, Space-T may process:
- user account identifiers;
- email address;
- product license codes;
- product access status;
- expiration and renewal dates;
- download permissions;
- product version information;
- records of purchased, assigned or expired products.
A user may have a product license without having an active subscription, and may have an active subscription without having a specific product license.
2.4 User Uploads, Trading Data and Analytical Inputs
Some Space-T tools may allow users to upload or submit files and data, including trading reports, backtest files, CSV files, broker exports, MT5 reports, trading history, account metrics, balance/equity data, strategy results or other financial and analytical information.
These files and data may contain personal, financial or trading-related information.
Space-T processes such data only to provide the requested tools, analysis, dashboards, simulations, reports, historical views, saved analysis history or related platform features.
Space-T does not sell user-uploaded files, trading data or analytical inputs to third parties.
Where Space-T provides a dashboard or historical analysis area, uploaded files, generated outputs or related analysis records may be stored in the user’s account so that the user can access previous or recent analyses, unless deleted, expired or otherwise removed according to the applicable functionality or retention rules.
2.5 Communications and Support Data
When users contact Space-T, request support, submit forms, request password reset, ask for information, subscribe to updates or interact with customer support, Space-T may process:
- email address;
- name or contact details, if provided;
- message content;
- support request details;
- technical or account-related information needed to respond.
Space-T may send transactional, security, account, billing, password reset, product, subscription and service-related communications.
Marketing or newsletter communications may be sent only where the user has subscribed, opted in or where another valid legal basis applies. Users may unsubscribe from marketing communications where applicable.
2.6 Technical, Security and Log Data
Space-T may process technical and security data to operate, protect and troubleshoot the platform, including:

Necessary & Workspace Settings
Required for login, security, anti-abuse protection, session management, platform operation and workspace settings such as chart layout, indicator preferences, panel state and other interface choices necessary to provide the requested workspace experience. -
Analytics
Used only with the user’s consent to understand how visitors use Space-T, measure traffic, improve pages, tools and performance. Google Analytics may be used for this purpose only after consent where required. -
Marketing & External Media
Used only where enabled and where consent is required, for advertising, remarketing, marketing pixels or embedded external media such as third-party video or social media content.

3. Purposes of Processing
Space-T processes personal data for the following purposes:
- creating and managing user accounts;
- authenticating users and protecting accounts;
- providing access to Space-T tools and dashboards;
- processing payments and subscriptions through payment providers;
- managing product licenses, digital products, renewals and downloads;
- generating reports, simulations, analytics and outputs requested by the user;
- saving user-requested analysis history or dashboard records;

- sending transactional, account, security, billing and service communications;
- sending newsletter or marketing communications only where permitted;

4.3 Legitimate Interest

Consent is used where required, including for non-essential analytics cookies, marketing communications, marketing pixels, external media or other optional technologies.

5. Payments and Third-Party Payment Providers
Space-T uses third-party payment providers, including Stripe, to process payments, subscriptions, billing events, payment authentication, payment methods and customer portal functions.
When users pay through Stripe or Stripe-supported methods, payment information is processed by Stripe according to Stripe’s own terms and privacy documentation.
Space-T does not store complete payment card numbers, CVV codes or payment wallet credentials on its own servers.
Space-T may store payment-related identifiers, transaction status, subscription status, customer identifiers, invoice references, license activation data, renewal or expiration information and other records necessary to provide paid services and comply with legal obligations.
6. Digital Products, Licenses and Downloads
Space-T may provide software-related products, digital files, configuration files, Expert Advisors, manuals, reports or other downloadable materials.
Access to these products may depend on a valid account, license, subscription, renewal status, product entitlement or other access rule.
Space-T may store license and product access records to verify whether a user is entitled to access, renew, download or use specific products.
Some files may be stored using private cloud storage or protected storage systems. Product downloads may be served through authenticated and protected routes.
7. User Uploads and Trading Analysis Data
Space-T tools may process trading, broker, backtest, strategy or financial data provided by users.
These data are used to provide the requested analysis, simulation, dashboard, report or related platform functionality.
Space-T does not use uploaded trading data to sell user data to third parties.
Space-T does not use uploaded trading data to make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects on users within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR.
Analytical outputs are generated to provide the requested tools and information. They do not constitute automated legal, credit, employment or investment decisions.
8. Financial and Investment Disclaimer
Space-T is a technology, analytics and software platform.
Space-T does not provide personalized investment advice through automated profiling.
Any analytics, backtests, simulations, reports, visualizations or tool outputs are provided for informational, analytical, educational or technical purposes and should not be considered personalized financial, investment, legal or tax advice.
Users remain responsible for their own decisions and for verifying the suitability, accuracy and risk of any strategy, analysis or tool output.
9. Security and Anti-Abuse Protection
Space-T uses technical and organizational measures designed to protect accounts, systems and data.
These may include:
- authentication mechanisms;
- hashed password storage;
- access controls;
- protected download routes;
- anti-bot systems such as Cloudflare Turnstile;
- server and application logs;
- fraud and abuse prevention measures;
- backup and recovery systems;
- technical monitoring and troubleshooting.
No online service can guarantee absolute security, but Space-T aims to apply reasonable safeguards appropriate to the nature of the service.
10. Service Providers and Recipients
Space-T may use trusted third-party providers to operate and protect the platform, process payments, provide hosting, send emails, manage storage, perform analytics or deliver technical services.
These may include, depending on the current configuration:
- Stripe, for payments, subscriptions, customer portal and billing-related services;
- Render, for hosting and deployment;
- Neon/Postgres or other database infrastructure, for production database services;
- Cloudflare, including Turnstile and R2/S3-compatible storage services;
- Resend or other email service providers, for transactional and service communications;
- Google Analytics, for analytics only where consent has been given;
- CDN and technical library providers such as jsDelivr, unpkg, Plotly, D3 and similar providers, for delivering technical libraries used by the website;
- GitHub or development infrastructure providers, where used for private development and version control.
Space-T does not sell personal data to third parties.
11. International Transfers
Some providers used by Space-T may process data outside the user’s country or outside the European Economic Area.
Where required, Space-T relies on appropriate safeguards, contractual mechanisms, provider compliance frameworks or other legal transfer mechanisms made available by the relevant service providers.
12. Data Retention
Space-T retains personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
In particular:
- account data may be retained for as long as the account remains active and for the period necessary to comply with legal, tax, accounting, contractual or security obligations;
- payment, subscription and license records may be retained for the period necessary to manage access, renewals, invoices, legal obligations and dispute prevention;
- technical and security logs may be retained for a limited period necessary for security, troubleshooting, fraud prevention, service integrity and legal protection;
- uploaded files, analysis inputs, generated reports or dashboard history may be retained as long as necessary to provide the requested analysis history or account functionality, unless deleted by the user, removed by Space-T according to platform rules or retained where necessary for legal, technical or security reasons;
- marketing contact data may be retained until the user unsubscribes or withdraws consent, unless another legal basis applies.
